My 2 Favorite “That Rocks” Service

• A hotel staff member stop by my room to check if I needed room service. I told her no and apologized because my room apparently didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” door hanger. She left. A few moments later, she came back and I heard her hanging a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. She rocks!
• While visiting Vanderbilt Hospital today, I discovered the hospital now offers free valet parking to their patients. Instead of having to spend endless amounts of time looking for a parking spot usually somewhere in a 10 story parking garage for $10 a day, you pull up at the front door and someone takes care of your automobile free so you can tend to your family’s health and well being. Now that is service I could get used to!
