Under the direction of McGuire Professor and Desert Angel Director Bob Morrison and his leadership team at the Desert Angels, the McGuire team has redesigned the legendary investment group’s website and helped them deploy the investment management system AngelSoft.

Eller MBA and McGuire attend Private Equity Summit
Earlier this month, I joined a group of students from Eller MBA and McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship to the University Private Equity Summit held at the University of Utah located in Salt Lake City. Our goal was to learn about the important role private equity plays in nurturing entrepreneurship and growing businesses. Studies show that where you find healthy entrepreneurs and strong start-ups is where you will also find a healthy private equity market.

Why do Entrepreneurs exists?
Over the past 15 years, I’ve been blessed to start 5 businesses. Two were started while attending college (Thompson Lawncare and Pro-Seal Asphalt Sealcoating) and three started since graduating college (ACT! Certified, Think Outsource, Inc. and Jennex, LLC.) Through the development and growth of these businesses, my understanding and respect for Entrepreneurship as a profession has grown immensely.
