Jeff Bezos on Regret Minimization

I often share with friends and coworkers that Jeff Bezo’s “Regret Minimization Framework” had a great influence on my life and how I make important decisions. After several years of looking, I was able to locate the actual video I watched that had such an influence on my life.

In the video, Jeff Bezos describes going to his boss and saying “you know, I’m going to go do this crazy thing. I’m going to start this company selling books online.” Bezos went on to eventually quit that job to start Amazon.com.
