One of my goals in life has been to attend a top Entrepreneurship MBA program. That reality came true over the summer when I was accepted to the University of Arizona Eller MBA Program to study Entrepreneurship.

Currently, we have been attending a 2 week orientation. We have hit the ground running putting in 12, 16 and even 18 hour days and held 2 competitions..

Eller Mystery Dinner Competition

On the first night at the University of Arizona Eller MBA Orientation, the staff of Eller held a Mystery Dinner Competition involving each of the incoming students including myself. The staff divided us up into teams averaging 6 players each to prepare dinner for 5 judges. The dinner being judged had to be prepared using a box of surprise ingredients. We had 30 minutes to create our menu and 60 minutes to prepare the dishes..

In our first week here in Tucson, some of Arizona’s desert animals introduced themselves to us. On our first night, Itsy Bitsy, our 3lb toy poodle, found a bug in our home. She played with the bug which consisted of tossing it up and catching it as the bug attempted to scurry off. Layla intervened when she realized the bug was a scorpion!.
